| Once your Risk Management inspection is completed, we will write a Mitigation Plan which you can use to do the following; Modify deficiencies, get your business insurance lowered. Your Risk Mitigation plan will include; a comprehensive list of ADA violations and deficiencies and other defects, along with a written plan on how to resolve your violations and deficiencies. Your Mitigation Plan is your defense against ADA lawsuits, you will be able to effectively show that you have been proactively working to learn and mitigate any ADA violations that you might have, which is often enough to stop lawsuits in their tracks.
