Our experts will explain in detail how this process works, how to stop ADA lawsuits, and how to get started with Cabit RM. We will also explain more about our licenses, the industry and how to become Silver or Gold ADA Certified.

Step 2 – Arrange For Risk Management Inspection

Once you understand the dangers of ADA Lawsuits and your potential liability, we will set up a time to come to your business or property to conduct a comprehensive ADA Risk Management Inspection.

Step 3 – ADA Risk Management Inspection

Cabit RM will conduct a comprehensive ADA Risk Management Inspection of your business or property. We will cover all aspects of ADA requirements.

Step 4 – ADA Risk Management Inspection & Mitigation Plan

Once we have completed our inspections, we will carefully evaluate each area or section of your business or property, and provide you with an ADA Risk Management Inspection & Mitigation Plan. This will arm you with the facts of how well your business is in or out of compliance with ADA regulations. We will also provide you with the steps necessary to come into compliance. You are free to use whomever you wish to make any necessary modifications. If you do not know a contractor who can do the work, we will provide you with a list that we have found to be reliable and reasonable.

Business may wish to become ADA certified to our Silver Certification, which demonstrates your willingness to exceed the minimum ADA standards by at least 10%. In doing this, you will show your customers that you are a responsible corporate citizen and a responsible member of the community who wishes to ensure all people with disabilities have equal access. You can proudly use the certification seal in your business marketing and on property.

Business may wish to become ADA certified to our Gold Certification, which demonstrates your willingness to exceed the minimum ADA standards by at least 25%. In doing this, you will show your customers that you are a responsible corporate citizen and a responsible member of the community who wishes to ensure all people with disabilities have equal access. You can proudly use the certification seal in your business marketing and on property.
